Entrained moisture droplets in steam, compressed air, and gas distribution lines accelerate pipeline corrosion, cause severe water hammer, and reduce thermal heat transfer efficiency. The Uni Klinger Moisture Separator (UKL) uses an engineered multi-baffle design to separate and collect suspended liquid droplets, delivering dry steam and clean gas to downstream process equipment.

By removing water drops prior to critical machinery, UKL moisture separators protect control valves, flow meters, and steam turbines from wet steam damage and mechanical erosion.
