Leader Forged Steel Flanged Gate Valve (Class 150, 300, 600)

The Leader Forged Steel Gate Valve (Item Codes: FCS040 for Class 150, FCS043 for Class 300, and FCS001 for Class 600) is built for demanding high-pressure and high-temperature service. Manufactured in compliance with API 602, BSEN ISO 15761, and ASME B16.34 standards and tested to API 598 and BSEN 12266 Part-1, this valve features a solid wedge, renewable seats, outside screw and yoke (OS&Y), a rising stem, and a non-rising handwheel.

Key Features & Design Highlights

High-Integrity Sealing: Bolted body-bonnet joint equipped with a spiral-wound stainless steel gasket with graphite filler. Welded bonnet option available upon request.
Low Emissions & Safety: Features die-formed graphite inner packing rings with braided graphite end rings reinforced with Inconel wire and corrosion inhibitor. Qualified for API 624 / ISO 15848-1 low emission requirements and API 607 fire-safe performance.
API Compliant T-Head Stem-Disc Connection: Fully meets strength criteria of API 602 and API 598. Tapered stem shoulder provides positive back seating.
Self-Aligning Two-Piece Gland Flange: Allows uneven gland nut tightening without distorting or misaligning the parallel fit of the gland in the stuffing box.
High-Melting Point Yoke Sleeve: Constructed from forged stainless steel for superior wear and corrosion resistance.
Specialized Certifications: Available with IBR certification, NACE MR-0175 compliance, low-temperature carbon steel / austenitic SS forging for cryogenic service (BS 6364 qualification), or electrical actuators.
