Leader Forged Steel Globe Valve Class-600 (Flanged)

The Leader Forged Steel Globe Valve (Item Codes: FCS038 for Class 150, FCS041 for Class 300, and FCS006 for Class 600) is built for shut-off and throttling services in high-pressure and high-temperature pipelines. Standardized under BS 5352 and BSEN ISO 15761, it operates without relative friction between the disc and body seating surfaces to maximize service life.

Key Features & Design Highlights

Renewable Seating & Zero Friction: Comes standard with renewable seats. Zero relative friction between the disc and body sealing face during rotation ensures low wear and tight shut-off.
Bolted Bonnet Joint Security: Bolted body-bonnet connection utilizes a spiral-wound stainless steel gasket filled with graphite. Welded bonnets are available on request.
Low Emissions & Fire Safety: Features die-formed graphite inner packing rings with Inconel wire-reinforced braided graphite end rings. Qualified to API 624 / ISO 15848-1 FET and API 607 (Fire Safe) standards.
Self-Aligning Two-Piece Gland: The gland and gland flange assembly maintains parallel stem alignment inside the stuffing box even during uneven bolt tightening.
Back Seating & High-Temp Materials: Tapered stem shoulder provides back seating capabilities. Yoke sleeve is forged stainless steel for high melting point and wear resistance.
Specialized Options: Available with IBR certification, NACE MR-0175 compliance, electrical actuators, or BS 6364 cryogenic qualifications (extended bonnet).
