Leader Lift Check Valve Screwed/Socketweld

The Leader Forged Steel Horizontal Lift Check Valve (Class 800 & Class 1500) (Item Codes: FCS012 for Class 800 Reduced Bore, FCS013 for Class 800 Full Bore, and FCS014 for Class 1500) is designed to prevent media backflow and ensure one-way flow in high-pressure, high-temperature pipelines. Operating automatically without manual intervention, it protects critical upstream equipment like pumps from power loss or sudden pressure surges.

Low Differential Operating Pressure: Requires a minimum differential pressure of only 1 bar to operate.
Bolted / Welded Cover: Standard bolted cover features a spiral-wound stainless steel gasket with graphite filler; welded covers are available on request.
Optional Spring Loading: Spring-loaded discs are available for non-horizontal installation requirements.
Specialized Certifications & Options: Can be supplied with IBR certification, NACE MR-0175 compliance, low-temperature carbon/austenitic SS forgings for cryogenic service (BS 6364 compliant), or soft seating for air tightness.
