Forged Carbon Steel (ASTM A105) or Cast WCB

Full or Reduced Bore; swing-out center section for rapid inline seat replacement.

  • End Connections: Flanged (ASME B16.5 RF/RTJ), Screwed (NPT / BSPT), Socket-Weld (SW).
  • Internal Trims: Stainless Steel SS 316 / CF8M ball and blowout-proof SS 316 stem.
  • Seat Materials: Virgin PTFE, Reinforced PTFE (RPTFE), Glass/Carbon-filled PTFE, Devlon, or PEEK (for elevated temperatures/pressures).
  • Fire Safety: Certified Fire-Safe to API 607 / ISO 10497 / API 6FA with secondary metal-to-metal seating.
  • Safety Features: Built-in anti-static grounding mechanisms and automatic body cavity pressure relief.
